A Lowville, New York hospital will no longer be able to provide baby deliverance after September 24th, because many maternity workers are quitting due to the latest Covid vaccine mandates.
Gerald Cayer of Lewis County Health System Chief Executive Officer, explained that 6 people in the maternity unit have resigned due to the vaccine mandates, and another 7 are still undecided, at Lewis County General Hospital.
Cayer therefore explained that the maternity services will be put on hold after September 24th. He hopes it is not permanent and seeks to work with the state department of Health to avoid prolonged closures.
If we can pause the service and now focus on recruiting nurses who are vaccinated, we will be able to reengage in delivering babies here in Lewis County.
Cayer said in news conference
Of the 629 staff on file, 165 of them have yet to be vaccinated, or 27%, according to 7 News WWNYTV.
The state announced in August that all healthcare workers and long-term care facilities across the state had to be vaccinated by September 27th with at least one dose. That initial announcement caused 30 to get vaccinated, while 30 others quit, according to Cayer.
Our hope is as we get closer (to the deadline), the numbers will increase of individuals who are vaccinated, fewer individuals will leave and maybe, with a little luck, some of those who have resigned will reconsider. We are not alone. There are thousands of positions that are open north of the Thruway and now we have a challenge to work through, you know, with the vaccination mandate.
Cayer said
‘He added that Lewis County, as a whole, has the state’s highest 7-day average percentage of positive COVID test results reported over the last 3 days,’ concludes the report.
These trends are continuing, as The WP has reported that many healthcare workers have been long refusing to get a vaccine, and have protested against them and losing their work because of it.

A regular reader sent this in, and it is indicative of what we are going to see even more of around the country. I have explained before that the hospital and healthcare system is very corrupt, and the practices are very barbaric and simply bad. But with more scenarios such as this, the systems are going to get strained – equaling less pay and longer hours, and even worse treatment and care.
Many economists, even the alternative ones that are awake to a lot of what is going on, still seem to neglect the fact that the reason that so many businesses cannot find workers is because many do not want to be juiced up with the death shot, endless testing, and suffocating in masks. There are other factors too, but this cannot be ignored.
If you are with child (the Bible term for “pregnant”), then learn to do it the old-fashioned way and do it naturally.

I gotta learn how to deliver a baby and do it right and I say everybody learns how to do home deliveries and rely on midwives who aren’t medical pharmacy goons, either AND depend on the LORD, too!
I long to date and even become engaged to a woman my age who is also a mother and there’s no way I’m having some medical goon get near her children or mine/my stepchildren and my future children! This is good news even though it seems like bad news. No babies heads forced prematurely out of the womb with forceps so the doctor won’t be late for his golf game; no horrors of the epidural I had an anaesthesiologist explain to me while in a drunken stupor, and no rush to vaccinate these newborns with who knows how many jabs. Maternity wards have been closing up all over the country for the last 15-20 years from what I’ve been hearing. My mother was born at home and would tell me stories of women working in the fields and having their babies at the same time……and this was not in the 1800s. Hoping that maternity wards and Hollywood are fading into oblivion……..120 years and then they are “outta here”.
