Joining the likes of New York City and San Francisco, New Orleans, Louisiana, is now mandating vaccines for all businesses, due to fears of the spread of the Delta variant.
On top of the preexisting mask mandate in place, 4WWL reports that all restaurants, bars, gyms, sport complexes, and stadiums; music venues, casinos, and other event spaces, will be required to show proof of vaccination or provide a negative Covid test for entry.
We really have no choice this situation is dire.
Don’t look for the loopholes. Look for your vaccination card and be prepared to show it.
If you don’t want a shutdown, do the right thing. Get vaccinated, have your people vaccinated, follow the guidelines that are in place by Orleans Parish and we’ll come out of this.

This new mandate does not apply for those 12 and under, including out-of-state visitors.
After a weeklong grace period, businesses that do not comply will be forced to shutter their doors or pay fines.
Christine Tenley, labor and employment attorney, says she is working with small businesses trying to wade their way through the pandemonium. ‘She said employees will have to be trained on what to look for and employers should think along the lines of, no shirt, no shoes, no vaccine, no service,’ according to the local news report.
For businesses, the tendency is to panic, and I really think we need to keep it simple.
If businesses face people who don’t want to comply, they have the right to refuse service to them.
Dr. Jeffrey Elder with LCMC Health says that proof of vaccination makes sense given the rate of current Covid-related hospitalizations.
I think this is one more tool in the arsenal to lower risk.
If we’re looking at ourselves as a group of people in a community, trying to do the right thing for the population, this is where we are today and these are the things that we have to do.
Leaders of the city hope these new edicts will prevent shutting down the city economy again, which the mayor claims that the city will not be able to handle.

In the wake of these new mandates, many of the city residents rushed to download a digital ID app that allows them to provide proof of vaccination without a card.
The servers crashed after 12,500 downloads came in for the LA Wallet.

More Incentives
The WinePress noted in a May report that New Orleans was offering a pound of broiled crawfish for free for those that could provide proof of vaccination. Now the state is beefing up their incentives.
Governor John Bel Edwards announced the Shot for $100 program today, which entices college students to receive one Franklin (in the form of a gift card) to get vaccinated, if they are apart of the first 75,000 to bite on the offer.
This incentive is for participating universities and private colleges.
We think this will make a difference in student vaccine uptake across Louisiana.
It’s in everyone’s interest that our young people get the COVID vaccine — to protect themselves, their families and friends, and their larger communities.

The history of New Orleans is Catholic with Spanish, then French domination. They still have parishes….not counties, in Louisiana. And there are many other lingering signs, though when the baptists still weren’t mingled with Masonry in the South, & in the days of the great biblical baptist revivals, black, mulatto & Native American Christians took the Gospel & scriptures right into that bastion of wickedness. Like Corinth, Ephesus & Rome of old.
Back when I still thought the Reconstruction and ‘conservative’ emergent folks publishing World Magazine were legit, I remember when they backed an Oxford Rhodes Scholar like Clinton had been as some great ‘conservative’ Christian, Bobby Jindal. Just what caused those seven Canaanite nations to sin so that God ordered them wiped out? It appears to relate to the gods of the nations, those ancient sons of God & mighty men of renown…& the craft of state & religion combined. The beasts representing then such empires as in the visions of Daniel 7 and Revelation 17, relating also to the idol representing different aspects of the same in Daniel 2, comparing with Revelation 19.

There are some important distinctions proven from scripture there.
God set a mark upon Cain in Genesis 4, then it shows up again in Ezekiel 9 with reference to the forehead. In Revelation 7, post resurrection of Christ, those 144,000 are also sealed of God: he sets a seal in their forehead.
Meanwhile, with regard to the mark of the Beast, Revelation 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
This one that has conflicting, merged characteristics, had a wound by a sword, died, & comes back ….there is something to this image being given life referring both to Rome, & to the instance with Dagon, & all antichrist religion. Some relate this to Judas Iscariot, the son of perdition who received the sop, & went to his own place. Does that connect somehow to Dan, the serpent by the way….causes horse & rider (presumably the counterfeit Christ having the bow & no arrows of Revelation 6) to fall backwards? The only tribe with none sealed of God in their foreheads?
But anyways, this mark is different. It’s crafted. And, he causeth all men to receive it. It’s not set there by God. It’s an idolatrous counterfeit. I realize that’s somewhat elementary to serious Bible students ….but I think there is more here than generally discussed, & that all the ‘alien/angel’ supernatural stuff relating to seed, corruption, power connects with transhumanism which in turn connects to this not-a-vaccine genetic (seed, words) ‘therapy’….improvement, corruption, rewriting ‘operating system’.
