The WHO Is Developing A “Digital Wallet” To Store Vaccine Certification. France Mandates Covid Passport And Vaccines

Dr. Michael Ryan, an Irish epidemiologist and head of the World Health Organization health emergencies program dealing with Covid, explained on July 12th in Geneva that the WHO is currently working on developing a vaccine “digital wallet” and “increase the distribution” of an global certificate for those who have been vaccinated.

We have encouraged countries that want to, they may use the international certificate for vaccination and prophylaxis … that requires other countries to recognize that certificate of vaccination.

[The WHO is] working to increase the distribution of the paper versions of her international certificate of vaccination prophylaxis, and also developing a digital wallet that could be used for the same purpose.

The Epoch Times reports that the WHO will provide additional “detailed data standards” for nations

To generate their own digital vaccination certificate, but that does not get around the policy issues around which vaccines are recognized within that system that that is essentially an international policy issue between countries.

The WHO did respond immediately to questions from the Epoch Times.

Macron Enforces Stricter Protocols

While the Mediterranean nation is currently hosting the Cannes Film Festival with guests from all parts of the world, French leader Emmanuel Macron has announced new Covid-related restrictions to combat the spread of the Delta variant.

Starting next Wednesday, July 21st, the French government will mandate the EU Digital Covid Certificate in all cultural venues, including cinemas, theaters and concert halls. Then beginning in August, the passport will be compulsory in shops, cafes, restaurants, public transportation such as planes and trains, and other places.

‘The pass launched on July 1 and is meant to facilitate travel within Europe and ease the pressure for multiple tests by allowing people to receive a QR code once they get tested or vaccinated and use it as official proof. So far, the certificate was only required at festivals and any events gathering more than 5,000 people, such as Cannes. 

The festival made it mandatory for all guests to show the health pass upon entering the Palais, where many screenings are taking place, and the Marché du Film. U.K. and U.S. participants, who don’t have access to the health pass, have had to show a negative PCR test and get tested every 48 hours during the fest, but they were able to attend gala screenings in the Lumiere and the Debussy theaters because they are actual cinemas,’ according to Variety.

All health care workers, caregivers, and nurses are required to receive a Covid vaccine, including those deemed “vulnerable” or with health conditions.

As I’m talking now, our country is confronted with a strong uptake of the pandemic which is impacting all of France, including its overseas territories. As long as the virus will continue circulating, we will be confronted with this situation. The rise of the Delta variant is seen through an increase of contaminations everywhere in the world because this variant is three times more contagious than the first strain.

New restrictions have been enforced in Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands to face this new variant. In Asia, new lockdown measures have been taken.

More and more nations are moving to mandate the vaccine. It was only a formality that we all knew was coming. I also chuckled when Macron says those that are “vulnerable” must get vaccinated. Well, in their minds, doesn’t that mean everyone…?

As briefly mentioned in our report about the 70% decrease in America’s population, I noted that many European nations also see a notable decline as well. But that website decided to remove their forecasts, but I recall that there is a definite dip across all the Western nations. The Western nations are getting severely judged by the Lord: there is no question about that to those that are saved and are awake to what’s really going on.

Also, these passports are yet another step closer to the final thing: the mark of the beast.
