Recently Ford Motor Company released a new patent that will allow their brand of vehicles to advertise on their infotainment screens inside all future vehicles.

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Practically every last detail of our lives are being tracked and monitored, which is then utilized by advertisers to jam us full of ads. And now if you purchase a future Ford vehicle you’ll be advertised to on your Sunday stroll.

What an incredibly unnecessary, stupid, and unsafe invention! A billboard on the road is a distraction, but you can still kinda see the road a bit with your peripherial vision. To take that and put it inside of your vehicle on a screen as well, to where you have to look down and take your eyes completely off the road is a much worse distraction! I wonder how many people will get into wrecks on account of this technology (that no one would want anyway)?
