This new headquarters for the Egyptian military is being referred to as “the Octagon” – patterned after the ancient temples of Thebes, with towering columns and very large walls.

According to RT Arabic, Egyptian military sources told them that Egypt is preparing its new headquarters for its armed forces.

Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly went to the building in April by order of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to inspect the new capital and add the finishing touches.

The new headquarters is located in Greater Cairo, the largest Metropolitan area in all of Egypt.

According to AMN News, ‘the Egyptian Prime Minister said that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi was assigned to start preparing for the celebration of the inauguration of the new administrative capital, and that today’s meeting comes to discuss scenarios for the upcoming celebration, marking the official start of government work from the new administrative capital, as well as choosing the best suitable sites for the celebration.’

Dr. Madbouly said the ceremony will be the best it can be, which will be orchestrated to express a clear and direct message about the “new republic,” the Egyptian President announced.

This new headquarters built in the Pharaonic style is constructed in a compact fashion that forms a circular formation, though it has 8 distinct faces that of an octagon.

According to Egypt Today and presidency.eg, the complex has six centers which represent the following:

  1. The Unified Strategic Data Center – has all the data of the state institutions.
  2. The Control Center of the Strategic Network – controls the administrative body of the state.
  3. State Utilities Management and Operation Center – controls state agencies and facilities.
  4. Telecommunications Network Control Center – ensures the stability of communications nationwide.
  5. Emergencies and Safety Center – governs emergency services and field security services.
  6. Weather Forecast Center – prepares the state defense center in case of any natural calamities.

This new headquarters is still under construction but is set to be finished soon.

The estimated area of the building is about 45,000 square meters located on a plot of land that spans a total area of 189,000 square meters.

This new headquarters is set to be the largest in all of the Middle East.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

I believe the construction of this new military complex is another step towards the fulfillment of the “Gog-Magog war” found in Ezekiel 38 and 39. This a war that will be fought by many Middle Eastern nations and others such as Russia that will converge on Israel to destroy it, and Egypt plays a role in those wars. Chapter 38 is in reference to the end of the 1,000 year reign of Jesus Christ on the earth (Revelation 20:1-9), and chapter 39 is in reference to the battle of Armageddon, Christ’s second coming to destroy the nations that wish to destroy the remainder of Israel (Revelation 19:11-21; Matthew 24).

There are a ton of varying maps out there, but this is a basic one that gets the point across:

I find it interesting, that, yet again, the prophecy preachers and end times outlets have been silent about such a development as this. But it is par for the course in these times: they are busy cheerleading for Trump and off fighting the Covid War.

  • I have to review this, but when looking at the Gog-Magog War & allies, it looked to me like Egypt was going to be with Saudi (Dedan) etc doing little more than asking if they’d come to take a spoil. ————————————————————————————————————————————————-This confirmed to me what is seen with Egypt’s lessening in power as China’s ally Ethiopia builds their dam on the Upper Nile, already operational & lowering the water level of the Nile which Egypt is so dependent upon. They’ve appealed to the UN but been pretty much ignored to this point. ————————————————————————————————————————————– Comparing with Isaiah, it also says there will be a center there for worshipping the true God, & what looks like a treaty & alliance with Israel with a highway running between them. Always curves thrown dealing with the lost world, but I thought they might be part of the antichrist alliance & Israel, the beginning of which we seem to see with the Three Abrahamic Religions thing. —————————————————————————————————————————————————- This is a surprise. Where are they getting the money for such an endeavor? World Bank? And going back to idolatrous roots will surely put them on the outs with the mullahs & Islam. Perhaps this is why they aren’t part of the Gog Magog alliance with all those ‘stans’, Turkey, Iraq-Iran, Libya etc. while not doing anything but mildly protesting, perhaps due to indebtedness & the decline of the Nile. —————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————– The quasi pagan stuff sure puts them in with Babylon & the new age Unitarians, the kabbalist & Talmudic Jews, mystics of all sorts, though.
