The people who will never stop wearing a mask long after the mandates are over.

Many people around the world used to make fun of and mock the Chinese for wearing masks as a daily occurrence. Since the Covid pandemonium began masking has become the “new normal,” by and large for most people.

As many are anxious to be rid of the masks, a new report finds a number of people who have no intention of taking off their masks.

We don’t know if it is going to ever be over. I will be masked up for many, many years. There are too many unknowns.

Robin Argenti, a 57 year-old woman living in upstate New York, told Intelligencer

She is reported to be in poor health, and is concerned with the variants the media has warned about, and is weary of the millions who are refusing to be vaccinated.

Argenti has been so frightened she has not seen her daughter in over a year in fear of getting her sick.

She said, ‘Mom, I already had COVID, so I don’t think I need the shot.’ I said, ‘Yes you do. You could get COVID twice. I know people who have gotten it twice.’ She’s just — I mean, you can’t really do so much. I said, ‘You’re not gonna see me until you’re fully vaccinated. Because you’re not gonna come up here and kill me.’

I’ve been a mysophobe (the fear of germs and uncleanness) since middle school.

If I go out somewhere and I touch crosswalk lights and stuff like that, and I have to open doors and everything, I don’t feel like I’m insane for coming home and vigorously scrubbing my hands down.

 Ben Rosenblum

Rosenblum says it did not take him long to warm up to wearing a mask, and has since come to enjoy wearing his mask and has no intention of removing his mask after he has been vaccinated and the pandemonium dies off.

It does give you this sort of privacy in that you’re hiding half of your face.

A Colorado teacher says he is not a huge fan of the masks, but claims to have noticed added health benefits.

Being a public-school teacher, there are multiple times a year that I get sick. Being in the presence of lots of teenagers, I get colds quite often. I’m affected pretty badly by seasonal allergies. I have not had any sort of sickness — a cough, a sneeze, a fever, anything — since the pandemic started.

It’s not even a minor inconvenience wearing the mask, so why not wear it in the future?

Michael Bizzaro

He is not the only who noticed this. Lexi McCoy, who works at a coffee and record shop in Los Angeles, also claims to see added health benefits, though she notes she has had significantly less contact.

I feel like every other month, I was sick, with colds or whatever. It was really messing up my life. I am in a band and I play shows. When I was getting sick all the time, I would lose my voice and I couldn’t sing. I thought, This is my life. I just get sick all the time.

This is the longest stretch of time I have ever not gotten sick. Some people might say it would be dramatic to keep wearing a mask when masks aren’t mandated anymore, but I think if it protects yourself and others, it’s a good call.

Lina Perl, a licensed clinical psychologist, notes that the pandemonium has “collectively given everyone almost like an anxiety disorder.” She says people who continue to wear a mask long after its medical recommendation is a “safety behavior” that can alleviate some people’s apprehension.

It’s no different than having a drink or taking a drug or running or any number of ways that we kind of manage our anxiety. But you can get disconnected from the actual danger.

According to the Intelligencer report, Perl notes some of the drawbacks of mask wearing.

One thing we do naturally is look at other people’s faces to gauge how anxious you should be in any given situation. Wearing masks all the time has removed that, which actually heightens anxiety, when you don’t know how everyone else is feeling.

She hopes that the “forever maskers” “don’t underestimate the loss of that connection” and the positivity associated with seeing people’s entire faces.

[23] Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. [24] Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; [25] But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: [26] I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; [27] When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. [28] Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: [29] For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD: [30] They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. [31] Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. [32] For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them. [33] But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.

Proverbs 1:23-33

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

2 Timothy 1:7

I actually know one of these types of people at my local bank, and she loved her mask as she claimed it kept her face warm and made her feel like she is wearing some sort of “masquerade.”

These are the types of people that are scared of normal reality – air. And the comparison to a drug addiction is quite accurate. People are addicted to bondage and slavery.

Additionally, I’d love to know who slipped those two individuals who claim they are getting “health benefits” some money. -Oh please, in your dreams! Tell that to the billions worldwide that would say and feel the opposite. Not only that, the actual scientific data proves that the masks are not doing squat, and, beyond the anxiety of not seeing people’s faces, all the disease that they culture in them.
