He can be seen hobbling away after he gives a final salute.
I know folks have seen that President Biden slipped on his way up the stairs to AF1, but I’m happy to report that he is just fine and did not even require any attention from the medical team who travels with him. Nothing more than a misstep on the stairs.

I saw this and I could not help myself. Truthfully I do not care, but I figured some levity every once in a while is needed. Accidents do happen, and I have seen some extended clips and I would agree it was windy out. Not saying that was the cause nor I am defending him, but I think you get my point.
Kind of summarizes his presidency so far though.
