Toyota has begun to build an autonomous smart city which includes self-driving cars, homes controlled by Artificial Intelligence and robotics.
What is being called the “Woven City” began construction this week at the base of Mount Fuji in Japan.
The city spans 175 acres and is 60 miles from Tokyo. It is to function as a technological testing ground, with 360 residents who will help develop and test the new technologies.
The inventors, elderly, families and children, will test out the functions of this new city.
Business Insider reports that this city will eventually be home to around 2,000 Toyota employees.
The Woven City also includes things such as hydrogen fuel cells and the city will be fully sustainable.
The structures will be built from wood to limit the carbon footprint.
According to the report, The smart homes will assist with daily living and use sensor-based AI to monitor health and take care of basic needs, according to Toyota.
Beyond Toyota employees, the city will eventually hold retired couples, retailers, scientists, and other families.
The original plans were released at tech trade show CES in Las Vegas last year, but the updated plans were released this week.
Toyota has not released the costs of date of completion or when the city will be officially open, but it is estimated that residents can move in five years.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
As we have been reporting, Agenda 2030 is more than on schedule. The push to build and jam people into the autonomous cities run by AI and owned by the multinational corporations are coming and growing each passing day. In the words of the World Economic Forum: “You’ll own nothing and be happy.” And yet the mainstream media is completely silent about these very important developments. But by the time they are near completed and the masses have been broken down further, then they will prop them up as the most wonderful things ever.
I also found it ironic that the city is to be constructed out of wood to supposedly lower the carbon footprint; but if these technocrats are worried about the environment (which they’re not), then these workers should only cut the trees down by axe and saw, if you want to be really green. And won’t cutting the trees down enrage the environmentalists? Where is the outrage from this announcement? Oh the hypocrisy. The climate change propaganda is to keep both political parties, especially those on the progressive left, preoccupied and blinded with nonsense.
These will be the cities where 6g, not 5g, where be utilized and not only those jammed into the cities own nothing, they’ll also have next to no freedoms.
