If you do a search on YouTube, you will find more and more videos popping from all over the country documenting something is suspicious with the snow. From Texas to New York, people are balling up the snow and attempting to melt the snow with candles and lighters. The snow does not even precipitate, but rather chars and remains a clump. The people performing this experiment also note that their hands become slimy and the snow releases an odd smell.
YouTuber Taras Kul uploaded a video in 2015 where he also balled up some snow and burned it with an ordinary lighter. The snow charred a little but melted as expected.
As we noted in our initial report, weather manipulation is not a new thing. We cited an example of this from what is known as Operation “Popeye,” where the U.S. military manipulated the skies of Vietnam to make their monsoon season last longer. There is something also known as HAARP which has also been the source for many weather manipulation conspiracies.
AUTTHOR’S NOTE: I am not scientist, so do not understand the chemistry behind all this snow melting or not melting. Snow is a proven insulator. As a survival tip, if you get trapped in a blizzard with high snow, dig yourself a pit/burrow in the snow and it will act as an insulator. There are other things such as igloos for example. But what is presented in the videos shown above do not look natural to me at all; plus the filmers are saying their hands are covered in a residue and emits a smell when lit. To me, this sounds like some weather manipulation. Perhaps this is why the wind turbines froze over so easily?
Scared And Unprepared
Putting unmelting snow aside, as we have said in previous reports, what has happened in Texas, and elsewhere, shows how all it takes is just one single event and your world can turn upside down. We urge readers to take what is happening in Texas, and other states, as a sobering reminder to be prepared. Be self sufficient. Do not be reliant on the government and grid to come save you.
Instead of wasting money on gold, silver, precious metals and gems, and crypto currencies, your money should be spent on things that will keep you safe and enable you to survive and not be reliant the system. Buy up on gas reserves. Have a generator perhaps. Have multiples ways to start and sustain a fire. Have water clean water reserves. Stock up on non-gmo food reserves and raw ingredients. Have extra warm clothing. The only metal The WinePress endorses is brass: defend yourself. The list goes on. The point is, you need to prepare.
In Texas, stores are barren with picked clean shelves. Gas stations have been shutdown and run dry. People are standing in long lines for hot meals at fast food restaurants. People are using stores as places to stay warm. Gun stores are running out of ammo.
One WinePress reader from Texas let us know about the rolling blackouts going on there. Because of the supposed lack of energy reserves, the electric companies are now turning the power off and on at random. Many are scared and furious with the state.

To pour more salt on the wound, the power outages are causing the energy bills to spike to insane rates. Rates that surpass mortgage payments.

Sounds to me like the Hegelian Dialectic is at work once more. Problem: massive power grid failure. Reaction: Panic, insane bills, no food, water, and heat. Solution: indebted slaves to the grid, state, and federal government. The state or government will have to step in and bailout these homeowners, or they allow these power companies to enslave them even more. Win-win for the big guys again.
This further proves that the name of the game going forth, if you have not figured it out yet, is to be self-reliant. You need to take the opportunities to protect yourself and loved ones. Yes, the Lord mostly certainly can and will help you in a time of crisis and need, but do not think that you are obliged help when you remain slothful and not do anything to better your situation.

Not sure about chemical snow, but HAARP and such weather manipulation are taken seriously by a lot of intel folks. Brother Jacob, this same thing happened a while back in Madrid, a huge blizzard never seen in the capital. Same videos with “odd snow” burning, and same theories that it was intentional, but the media quickly discredited everything. I admit I didn’t look into it enough back then, but if you are interested there’s still info around.
So yes seeing now that it also happened overseas, this “snow” is most likely being thrown intentionally for some hidden agenda, maybe to accelerate the “climate change” narrative.
