The balloon will be launched in June over the Artic town of Kiruna. It will carry a gondola holding over 1300lbs of science equipment 12 miles up into the atmosphere.
The Harvard project is called the Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx).
The balloon will not be spraying any “sun repellant” or other harmful chemicals into the air, but simply collecting data on the balloon’s maneuverability, communications, and some other tests.
There are very many real concerns. Understanding them requires a range of activities including experiments.

This test was originally scheduled to be conducted in the U.S., but Covid restrictions were partly to blame.
If the test is proven successful, another balloon in the autumn of 2021 or spring of 2022 could release about 4.4lbs of calcium carbonate dust into the air.

There is no merit in this test except to enable the next step. You can’t test the trigger of a bomb and say ‘This can’t possibly do any harm.’

His Bitchute channel also disappeared after he had problems uploading a video. Maybe he’s just busy working on other things or taking a small break, but I hope all is well and releases an update on his situation soon.
