In a 42 second video released by Reuters today, depicted a man dressed up as Santa Claus telling children to practice social distancing.
The description read, “Despite the difficulties of 2020, Santa Claus conveyed a Christmas message trying to reassure worried children and their families that Christmas preparations were going well and called on people to be “good and nice” and follow public health recommendations and social distancing rules.”
“Santa” looked into the camera and said,
But we all have to be very good and nice. And we have to follow all public health recommendations, and social distancing rules. We all can find new ways to be in contact with our friends, and relatives, and loved ones. So, be nice to each other – Christmas is coming soon.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Revelation 21:8
What better way to bewitch a child than with one of his holiday idols, ‘ole Saint Nick? This reprobate appears to be from Australia, judging by the koala plushy to his left.
As a Bible believer, I am very much against lying to children, and essentially replacing Jesus with a fat guy in a suit. But I am showing this to continually remind WinePress readers of the propaganda children are constantly being inundated with. These people are disgusting, and their day is coming, that’s for sure.
